Requirements & Experience:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic office systems
  • Fluency in Arabic; knowledge of English is considered an asset

Job Description:

  • Manage documents, records, and accurate data entry
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails professionally
  • Prepare invoices, basic reports, and administrative documentation
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Update databases and internal records as required
  • Assist with correspondence and document preparation
  • Support office operations and routine clerical tasks
  • Ensure administrative duties comply with company procedures and Maltese employment standards
