Requirements & Experience:

  • Provide first-line technical support to internal users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and update workstations and peripherals
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions
  • Maintain documentation of support tickets and resolutions
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees IT setups
  • Monitor system performance and escalate issues
  • Participate in workstation and software deployments
  • Support routine backups and basic security checks
  • Communicate clearly with non-technical staff about solutions

Job Description:

  • Associates or bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 13 years experience in IT support or helpdesk role
  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments
  • Network basics TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN knowledge
  • Experience with ticketing systems Help Desk software
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnosis skills
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Customer-service oriented mindset
  • Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles

Contract: Permenant
