Requirements & Experience:

• Prep ingredients and maintain mise en place during service
• Cook to spec, manage portions, and maintain speed under pressure
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
• Keep station clean, stocked, and ready for rush periods
• Support inventory checks and reduce waste through rotation
• Coordinate with Northwind stakeholders to deliver outcomes
