Requirements & Experience:

  • Manage end-to-end safety deliverables within agreed timelines
  • Perform clinical assessment and triage of safety information
  • Support signal detection, trending, and documentation of rationale
  • Draft narratives, summaries, and follow-up requests where needed
  • Collaborate with Regulatory, Clinical, QA, and Medical teams
  • Maintain inspection-ready documentation and controlled records
  • Contribute to SOP updates and continuous process improvement
  • Coordinate with Orchid stakeholders to deliver outcomes

Job Description:

  • Bachelors or higher in life sciences advanced degree preferred for senior roles
  • Experience in pharmacovigilance/drug safety or related GxP environment
  • Working knowledge of global safety expectations e.g., ICH, EMA, FDA
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with safety databases and structured data entry
  • Comfortable working in M_arr Gozo or commuting as required
