Requirements & Experience:

  • Resolve L1/L2 tickets for hardware/software/network issues
  • Configure laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
  • Create/disable user accounts and manage access requests
  • Support email, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
  • Maintain ticket notes, KB articles, and device inventory
  • Install patches, updates, and standard applications
  • Assist onboarding/offboarding IT setup and recovery
  • Escalate incidents to sysadmin/network teams as needed
  • Monitor endpoint security alerts and basic compliance checks
  • Provide user training on common tools and security hygiene

Job Description:

  • Diploma/Bachelors in IT/CS preferred
  • 03 years in helpdesk/IT support
  • Windows/macOS fundamentals
  • Basic networking DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools Jira/ServiceNow/Freshservice
  • Understanding of endpoint security concepts
  • Good English communication verbal/written
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset
  • Ability to work shifts if required
  • Customer-service orientation

Contract: Permenant

Employment Level: Intermediate

Shift: M-F 8 Hours
